The recreation centre is scheduled to include tennis courts, volleyball courts, squash courts, badminton courts, lawn bowling, bocce balls, croquet, shooting ranges, archery ranges, mountain biking trails, and fishing.

- An on-site health clinic and chemist.
- A sports shop.
- A small market for necessities and some groceries.
This is the first golf course built in Bulgaria. It is located just 40 km from Sofia on the Trakia Highway E-80, near the Balkans.
Accommodation: There are a new hotel and a new country club in this locality, both built by the company Air Sofia over the last four years in order to provide the guest with a broad range of choices of sports and leisure activities that will match any traveller’s likes.
